Privacy policy
This policy explains what information taryngilesart.com collects when you visit or buy something, and how it’s used. In short: I only collect what’s needed to fill your order, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number.
- When you email me: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you browse: small cookies that keep track of your cart and checkout. The site does not use advertising cookies.
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. Your card details go directly to them and are never stored on this website. Their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.
How your information is used
- To process, ship and follow up on your order.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
Your address is shared with the shipping carrier only so your order can be delivered. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.
How long it’s kept
Order records are kept for as long as Canadian tax rules require. Other information is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email [email protected] and I’ll respond within 30 days.
